Events: G-Eazy x The New Parish 10-Year Anniversary Show
Preview and Photos by Nicole White
G-Eazy’s hometown show celebrating The New Parish’s 10-Year Anniversary in Oakland on Saturday, Jan. 26 is SOLD OUT.
With such a high-profile artist performing at a venue with a 550-person capacity, in addition to such a loyal fanbase, it's not surprising tickets quickly sold out weeks in advance. This underplay show will surely provide fans with an intimate, memorable experience.
One of G-Eazy’s common sayings is, “From the Bay to the Universe!” G-Eazy embodies the Bay and brings it everywhere he goes, never forgetting his roots as he travels across the globe. He brings other Bay Area artists on tour when he can, such as P-Lo who joined him on The Endless Summer Tour last year, and has recorded with Bay Area musicians including Kehlani and E-40.
G-Eazy will continue to help provide a platform for other Bay Area artists at The New Parish 10-Year Anniversary show, bringing along local up-and-comers ALLBLACK (Oakland), Kossisko (Berkeley) and DAGHE + DIGITAL (Oakland).
Last year, G-Eazy began The Endless Summer Fund, an ongoing charitable fundraiser to help enrich the lives of Bay Area youths and strengthen community. One lucky donor will be picked at random to win a trip to come see The New Parish show and meet G-Eazy.
After this, the only other concert G-Eazy has booked for 2019 is in Austria over the summer. Don’t miss him live in Oakland for a hella hyphy show on Jan. 26!
